(1) A producer or manufacturer who wishes to use a quality mark in relation to a substance or process shall apply to the office for a license in the format as per schedule-1.
(2) A producer, manufacturer, distributor or service provider who wishes to obtain a certificate in relation to any substance or process or service that is not practical to use the certification mark shall submit an application to the office in the format as per Schedule-2.
